  • don’t undertake additional works on site without cost agreements in writing not verbally
  • keep site tidy, safe, well supervised & looked after will help site overall on moral and progress on site
  • make sure every week or 2 weekly planned works on site is booked in and organised
  • communication with project manager is key weekly meetings on site is key
  • always think ahead not work day by day
  • quality control is key from start- finish Sub contractors, materials and labour need to be worth their money
  • keep on top of Dayworks sheets & small extra works
