  • balancing accounts on a day-to-day or week-to-week basis
  • bring the books to the trial balance stage
  • perform bank reconciliations
  • track costs and expenditure against budget – at project level and overheads level
  • maintaining and updating bi-weekly cashflow forecast
  • managing client invoices & payments
  • managing supplier invoices & payments
