Working hours
- permanent
Responsibility
- to carry out routine planned maintenance tasks
- to carry out repair works where applicable
- to carry out minor installation works where applicable
- the role will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- to ensure paperwork is legible and fully completed for each job, clearly identifying further action and any Health & Safety concerns
- to ensure that all testing and commissioning is completed and that the correct paperwork is filled in print outs attached
- to ensure maintenance activities are completed within the agreed allocated time scales
- to ensure that all plant areas are kept clean and tidy and that all old parts are removed site
Requirements
- UK Safety Passport
- asbestos Awareness
- domestic CCN1 & CENWAT
- commercial COCN1 OR CODNCO 1 (if doing the Domestic changeover subject to having CCN1/CENWAT
- ACS Natural Gas Safety
- natural Gas elements, various
- ACS Natural Gas to LPG conversion
- LPG closed flue fires
