  • work with other developers to ensure good design and development practices are followed
  • mentor and coach less experienced developers as required
  • work with the Tech Lead and independently on technical development spikes Creation and maintenance of development artefacts and delivery support
  • effective communication of technical and non-technical issues
  • delivery of tasking within fast-paced multi-disciplinary agile environment
  • effective use of digital delivery tools and technologies necessary for development of backend and UI code for the platform
