Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • providing administrative assistance to fee earners
  • opening and closing files
  • inputting new instructions on to the case management system
  • updating the case management system and data input
  • providing excellent client care by attending clients on the phone and in person
  • carrying out due diligence checks
  • issuing contracts
  • dealing with exchange of contracts under supervision

Requirements

  • possess fast, accurate typing ability
  • have excellent attention to detail
  • be able to communicate effectively and have excellent written and verbal skills
  • have Excellent interpersonal skills
  • be able to multi-task, organised and have good time management
  • possess excellent IT skills
  • be able to work well under pressure and stick to tight deadlines
  • possess good administrations skills – typing, filing etc
