Responsibility

  • work closely with a wide variety of clients to advise on HR and people management policy, and employment legislation
  • act as one of the key points of contact for client HR enquiries
  • provide sensitive advice to client line managers in matters including grievances, disciplinaries, exit interviews, equality and diversity, and probation reviews
  • manage documentation, casework and HR policy relating to grievances, absence management, and performance management
  • work with client recruitment and hiring managers to support and coordinate client recruitment and onboarding projects
