  • keep accurate records and produce monthly statistical reports
  • manage and maintain a database for recording all issues reported
  • log all incoming job requests and pass them to the relevant contracts manager

Requirements

  • ability to communicate with the caller in a professional manner is essential
  • excellent communication skills both verbally and written are essential
  • previous experience working in a customer advisor / helpdesk or facilities role is desirable

  • previous experience dealing with customer queries
