Requirements
proven experience of direct sales and customer service delivery is essential
minimum 5 years within a B2B customer service environment
familiarity with CRM systems and practices
customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
experience of working in an ERP and or SOP business system
CRM and CDP experience would be an advantage
Education
desirable - Education to at least NVQ II or equivalent in Business Administration or Customer Services e.g. Principles of Customer Service NCFE Certificate Level 2, NVQ Diploma Level 2 in Business Administration

Responsibility
Liaise with internal customers and stakeholders when required to obtain or provide customer related information
Receiving and processing of sales orders, credits, returns and accurate record keeping to ensure SOX auditing compliance
