- ability to diagnose any fault on an extensive range of boilers and heating systems
- previousresidential experience as a Plumber / Gas Engineer

Responsibility
- install piping, equipment, and related components in residential buildings
- maintain piping systems including troubleshooting and repair of piping systems
- perform routine maintenance on Gas and water appliances
- maintain records of repairs performed and records in the maintenance department for accuracy of work performed
- maintain all equipment in a safe and orderly condition at all times
- perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
- perform routine repairs on Gas and water appliances: broken pipes, boilers, leaks, etc
