Requirements

  • we are a busy and fast-growing property company looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our cleaning team
  • monitor standards and ensure any issues are dealt with swiftly
  • monitor deep cleaning requirements, to complement the regular cleans and ensure that properties are kept to a very high standard
  • there is potential for overtime as we grow
  • manage the refuse collections for the portfolio
  • we have exceptionally high standards – the comfort of our Guests and Tenants is very important to us
  • manage own workload to prioritise property requirements
  • we are looking for someone who cares about the job as much as we do

Responsibility

  • follow all Greenway policies and procedures to ensure the portfolio is managed to the best effect and within UK law
  • support the recruitment, induction and training of the team of cleaners
  • carry out housekeeping work for Greenway's associate and partnership companies as required
