Responsibility
- check compliance to current legislation where applicable, work with structural engineers where required and design accordingly
- once a project is secured the salesperson hands over to the Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, Technical Designer and Project Assistant
- you will work closely with the original concept designer to ensure we don't lose the 'magic' in the designs
- A driven, self-motivated approach is always essential along with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- develop creative concepts and turn them into working drawings
- work with structural engineers where required and design accordingly
- once a project is secured, the salesperson hands over to the QS, Project Manager, Technical Designer and Project Assistant
- work closely with the original concept designer
