Responsibility

  • organising collections and deliveries within the allocated timeframes
  • handling fast paced customer service with large 3rd party contractors
  • manage the administration and driver’s routes in an accurate and timely manner
  • process orders and enter customer’s details accurately on our new management system while providing quality service
  • liaise with third-party partners to facilitate and deliveries
  • respond to inbound calls and initiate outbound calls/email correspondence to customers to process stock orders and resolve queries
