- lead and inspire a team of content creators and copywriters
- have experience and/or an understanding of budgets and time allocation
- task manage the other content creators/copywriters within the team
- partner with content and creative strategists to build and refine ideas together
- work collaboratively with creatives and designers to bring copy to life in innovative ways
- bring complex, key/important messages to life in the right way for the right audience
- write ideas and ads across a variety of mediums
- qualification & skills requirements
Requirements
- around 4 years’ experience in copywriting or creative strategy and conceptualising
- experience taking on feedback and iterate quickly
- experience with short, medium and long-form copywriting for brands
- you are an enthusiastic content creator, fuelling brand and product marketing activities with engaging topics and formats
- you have proven story-telling capabilities and a creative mindset
- able to work independently at a high standard
- strong time management skills and attention to detail
- experience partnering with art directors or creative strategists to bring ideas to life from brief to launch – conceptually and through words
