- experience running own caseload of client immigration matters, including visas, work permits, asylum seekers, business immigration, and beyond
- able to work well under pressure and to deadlines
- meticulous, with good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- A strong passion for immigration law
- compassionate and empathetic with a drive to help people
- exceptional communication skills and confidence in ability
- works well independently and with a team
Responsibility
- carry out any other duties as appropriate to the nature of the post as may be required
- participation in marketing activities whether on a firm wide, departmental or office basis
- ensure good working relationships with external third parties, institutions and organisations
- to comply with the requirements of the firm’s policies and procedures
- to ensure the confidentiality and security of all firm and client documentation and information
- attend staff and departmental meetings as required
