Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • previous experience of working in a helpdesk environment at 1st line - 2nd line level
  • providing regular, general operational checks in the department – flexible approach to standard working hours is required
  • using remote control / deployment tools – SCCM to build equipment efficiently
  • setup, configure, deliver and install hardware / software to users requirements
  • attend site / regional offices as needed – valid UK license required
  • maintain user, reference, Disaster Recovery documentation as required
  • help to keep internal and external security systems and procedures are always in place, including access to data, systems, passwords, firewalls, anti-virus
