Responsibility
- previous experience of working in a helpdesk environment at 1st line - 2nd line level
- providing regular, general operational checks in the department – flexible approach to standard working hours is required
- using remote control / deployment tools – SCCM to build equipment efficiently
- setup, configure, deliver and install hardware / software to users requirements
- attend site / regional offices as needed – valid UK license required
- maintain user, reference, Disaster Recovery documentation as required
- help to keep internal and external security systems and procedures are always in place, including access to data, systems, passwords, firewalls, anti-virus
