Responsibility

  • oversee and manage the financial practices of the Company
  • produce monthly financial reports, forecasting and manage cashflow
  • sales Ledger, income invoicing, issuing statements and debt chasing
  • raising purchase orders when required
  • posting supplier invoices including monthly credit card and staff expenses
  • allocate and process supplier invoices for payment
  • complete Client/Supplier Registration Forms and update documentation to client portals
  • prepare and send staff updates to Payroll Dept

Requirements

  • AAT Qualified
  • business administration/business management
  • A good knowledge of Xero Accounting Software
  • good written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • previous Office Manager experience is essential
  • experience of working to strict deadlines and prioritising tasks
  • bookkeeping experience is essential
