Responsibility

  • due to the location you must have your own transport
  • our client is a specialist contractor based in the Newmarket area, they specialise in prefbricated / modular construction and are looking for skilled labourers to work in their factory
  • standard hours are 7am - 4pm Monday - Friday
  • this work will be
  • to be considered for this work you will ideally have experience working as a skilled labourer within the construction industry, you will be able to use a variety of hand tools and use basic power tools
  • duties will include assisting the skilled fitters within the factory to assemble prefab parts of their structures and prepare them to be delivered to sites around the UK

  • so you must be comfortable cutting to measure, undertaking routine production tasks, preparing materials for installation, preparing metal stud frames, insulating wall panels, be able to read basic measurements and cut materials according to them
