Responsibility

  • SSSTS Groundworks / Civils Supervisor is required for an ongoing project in the Sizewell, IP16 area
  • duties will include overseeing bulk earth moving on a large project with many machines and groundworkers
  • standard hours at 8am - 5pm May increase soon
  • we are currently only accepting applications from operatives who live within a commutable distance of Sizewell, IP16

  • to be considered for this job you must have a valid SSSTS or SMSTS qualification and be an experienced groundworks / civils supervisor
  • the project will initially be 3 - 4 months but there is a chance by the time it finishes another phase will be ready to get started, so it could lead to long term work, potentially years
  • ideally you will have spent 5+ years as either a groundworker or machine operator on large civils projects before doing the SSSTS and becoming a site supervisor and having ideally around 5 years experience as a civils supervisor
