Responsibility

  • due to our current expansion programme, we now have the need for an additional customer service administrator to join our team
  • as Customer Service Support Administrator, you will be working in our busy Dunstable office
  • you’ll be dealing with telephone and email enquiries, various administration duties and updating our systems throughout your working day
  • we are looking for an individual with a good level of administration and customer service experience, with a desire to develop their career and skills within a growing business
  • our office is the main point of contact with all customers, new and existing, as well as our training and assessment team

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • ability to work on your own initiative as you will be fully responsible for some key tasks within your role
  • due to the varied nature of this role, a highly organised approach to work is essential
  • administration: 1 year
  • this role will suit a highly organised individual with a positive attitude and proactive mindset
  • customer service: 1 year
  • the smooth running of our business depends on information within our systems being as up to date as possible therefore attention to detail and an eye for accuracy is essential
  • strong IT skills are essential for this role. You will be working with our booking and sales systems. No prior knowledge of these systems is necessary, however experience with similar systems would be an advantage
  • you will be communicating with our customers, both new and existing, as well as our employed and subcontracted training team therefore great customer facing and strong communication skills are essential
