Responsibility
- the bookkeeping of all supplier and customers invoices
- you will be in charge of the general accounting of the Company and the preparation of the monthly group reporting
- the issuance on time of all payments to suppliers
- the accounting of customer payments and the follow up of cash collection
- the preparation of the wages and the payment of salaries
- the accounting of month and year end postings in relation with the cut off
- the preparation of the monthly group reporting
- under the supervision of the country manager and in direct connection with the financial group team, you will be the accountant of the Company dealing internally with all workers and externally with banks, auditors and external accountant
Requirements
- you need to have developed experience in evaluating accounting and internal control methods and financial reports
- you must be able to solve financial issues by making consistent recommendations based on your knowledge and experience in finance
- your adapting skills, your sense of analysis and synthesis are essential skills. You must be proactive, with great communication skills
- because of the international context of the Group, any other language with a fluent level is appreciated
- we are looking for a permanent full-time position
- you must have an accounting education and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally in an international context
- accounting: 2 years
- you must have a "hands on" mentality with the ability to work in an international environment and communication skills with Group and locally
