Requirements
- CIPP certified to level 3 or higher desirable
- CIPD - any level and willingness to work to level 5 with company support
- monday and Friday need to be worked routinely as these are key days
- knowledge of employment law and compliance related to payroll

- experienced in using payrol systems, SAGE an advantage
- strong attention to detail and accuracy
- excellent organisational and time management skills
Responsibility
- work with finance to develop payroll processes and systems where required
- recognise and investigate potential errors and inconsistencies proposing and implementing corrective actions
- own and manage pension administration services in partnership with the pension provider
- ensuring, at all times, that payroll processes are correctly actioned and are compliant and in line with company policy and PAYE legislation
- manage the input and maintenance of all colleague records during employment and at exit
- complete ownership of the full weekly and monthly payroll transactions, including basic payments, overtime, SSP, SMP , Court Orders, Pensions, and other deductions, annual statutory returns
- produce a monthly people KPI dashboard relevant to the leadership team and high level extract for Board Reports and any other ad hoc reports as requested by the Head of People or Directors
- to work with the Head of People and People Talent Partner to develop and maintain the company’s policies and practices ensuring they are compliant with employment legislation across all operating jurisdictions
