Responsibility
- we are looking for a strong floor focused individual to join our already strong team with the ability to motivate and train and to run shifts in the absence of the management team
- you will confidently be able to lock up and close the business and leave the building secured. You will be a key holder and expected to maintain standards and high levels of customer service
- regular management meetings will be scheduled for feedback and improvement and you will confidently take part in these and bring ideas to the table to push the business
- you must be self driven and motivated and be able to think on your own and use initiative as things will come up on a daily basis which you will be expected to handle
- the Green Dragon Inn is a beautiful, thriving environment to work in and welcomes an array of regular guests, loacls and tourists from all walks of life
- we are open seven days a week, breakfast through dinner. Weekends and evenings are a must, although rotas are fair and spaced throughout the team to ensure down time and a work/ life balance
