Responsibility
- site audits and recruiting new employees where required
- involvement with investigation matters such as personal accidents or potential disciplinary investigations
- responsible for monitoring cleaning products on-site, maintaining stock levels and submitting orders as required in line with agreed site budgets
- due to rapid expansion, Green Commercial Commercial Cleaning is looking for an experienced Transport Cleaning Manager to work directly under the Operation Director to assist with the day to day managing of a team of around 30 staff to ensure their work is carried out to the highest standards
- to support delivery of the cleaning schedule where appropriate and necessary
- this is a hands on position working 8am – 5pm, Monday to Friday must be on call out of hours to deal with phone calls etc
- to attend meetings with the client and team as and when required
- managing staff rotas, sickness cover and holiday requests in line with the Fleet Diagrams with use of our Time attendance system to ensure a smooth running of each service in use
Requirements
- managing: 2 years
- commercial cleaning: 3 years
