- work closely with maintenance staff and subcontractors to address repair issues promptly
- keep detailed records of gas and electrical certifications and renewals
- attend meetings, workshops, and conferences to represent GBCH and foster partnerships
- oversee the process of preparing vacant properties for new tenants
- coordinate inspections, maintenance, and necessary repairs to ensure compliance
