payroll manager
Responsibility
- to manage and oversee all aspects of the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to approximately 250 employees
- maintaining payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- processing payroll changes, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and deductions
- liaising with the payroll bureau and resolving any discrepancies/queries in a timely way
- preparing and distributing payroll reports to management
- assisting stakeholders with HR issues and offering advice where necessary
- fleet management
- collaboration with other managers to ensure accurate employee data and resolve any payroll-related issues
Requirements
- proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role
- strong knowledge of HR principles and payroll regulations
- excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing payroll
- strong analytical skills to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies
- ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
- payroll: 5 years
- human resources: 1 year
