Responsibility
- manage a team of travel agents and support staff to ensure the highest level of service for our clients
- develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- ensure that all travel arrangements are booked accurately and in a timely manner
- oversee the company's financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting
- ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards
- monitor and analyze customer feedback to continually improve our service offering
- manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure the best possible rates and service levels
- prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance
Requirements
- minimum of 10 years' experience in travel operations management
- minimum of 5 years' experience in travel operations management
- strong leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- strong financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
