Responsibility
- to support and communicate with patients and healthcare professionals in relation to product usage, queries and complaints
- proactively gather feedback from patients and healthcare professionals for the purpose of post market surveillance and customer satisfaction
- managing updates to product artworks with a focus on both branding and compliance with medical device regulations
- conducting market research in the form of competitor analysis, user experience and feedback
- liaise with suppliers for the purpose of product quality and future developments
- producing agendas and taking minutes for Product Development Meetings
- thinking proactively about product improvements and new product developments
- reviewing and updating internal documentation within the scope of our Quality Management System
Requirements
- experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
- excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- experience in the Medical Device field
- demonstrated experience in customer relations
- knowledge of Medical Device Directives and Regulations
- strong numerical skills
- the ability to learn new skills quickly and attention to detail is a must
- strong understanding of all Microsoft Packages
