Responsibility
- we are looking for a Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join our ever-expanding business on a full-time and permanent basis
- our services also extend to home delivery and stock storage facilities
- manage two teams of around 5 people each
- coordinating the unloading/loading vehicles as per instructions left by Warehouse Operations Manager
- ensuring precise order picking and goods location organisation
- completing relevant paperwork and general handover documents
- have a hands-on approach and support any tasks and projects as required to ensure the good running of the warehouse

Requirements
- previous experience of working as site manager, shift manager or team manager
- experience of managing or working in a warehouse or distribution environment
- effective communication skills and proven ability to motivate and manage a team of people
- IT literate with knowledge of WMS systems
- focussed on always delivering excellent service to all customers
- able to cope with change and manage own workload and priorities
- able to deliver results and meet deadlines
