GRASSROUTES LEISURE is looking for employees for positions:
- outgoing freight to be weighed, measured & logged on daily manifest
- picking and packing all customer orders
- pass quality checks on random packed orders
- support on quality control rework as necessary
- complete rolling stock takes and best before date checks
- log all outbound freight onto manifest accurately and precisely
- restock packing stations and clean the Warehouse at end of shift or as needed
- support Logistics or Inventory as required
- processing orders
- respond to customer queries & questions
- manage & maintain record for courier claims and customer returns
- ensure credit card reconciliations are done daily and any discrepancies resolved immediately
- make sure all new customers are set up on the system
- maintain general housekeeping in offices
- action any other duties required by management
- communicating with Operations Manager and all warehouse/customer services staff
- national diploma or equivalent
- customer service: 2 years
- sales administration: 1 year
- administration: 2 years
- maintain a high standard of office housekeeping
- liaise with marketing as necessary RE: customer feedback, new product enquiries
- manage & maintain record for courier claims and customer returns
- make sure all new customers are set up
