Responsibility
- leading by example, providing the best possible character/creature animation, which is in line with the style of the show
- attend dailies and client review meetings as required
- liaising with your team of animators and the production team to make sure tasks are completely in a timely manner, meeting deadlines
- understanding and focus the implications of performance, style, quality, continuity, technical, scheduling and budgetary requirements of the Production
- working closely with the rigging department to ensure that all rigs function properly for proposed shots
- excellent professional knowledge of Maya
- experience working on TV-episodic or feature film productions
- liaising with the Animation Director to make sure feedback from the client is correctly addressed and fixes to the animation are carried out by your team
