Responsibility

  • monday to Friday 9am to 4pm working from home and at our yard in Writtle
  • we want to employ someone who lives locally, preferably in Chelmsford
  • we use Xero accountancy software for invoices, reconciliation etc and do PAYE and CIS
  • see below an outline of what the role involves"
  • check and reply to all email and phone enquiries from customers
  • arrange appointments and liaise with customers
  • we're looking for a self employed person for 4/5 days a week 9am to 4pm working from home and at our yard in Writtle
  • use Xero for reconciliations, invoices to customers and receipts to customers for payment
