Responsibility

  • preparing Estimates through gathering proposals, specifications, drawings, samples and related documents
  • identifying labour, material and time requirements through a thorough study of the tender documents
  • preparing quotations as numerical and descriptive as possible and be able to respond to technical and commercial client queries
  • understanding and applying company costing process to produce competitive quotations on a client-specific basis
  • general administration duties including creating site plans and maintaining the client tender register

Requirements

  • numerate and literate with good written and spoken communication skills
  • 2 Yrs min. relevant experience
  • good commercial product knowledge is an advantage
  • high Attention to detail and accuracy
  • focus on Tender processing and highly competitive quoting, tailored to client-specific requirements
  • ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
  • A degree in surveying, engineering, building, architecture or related fields would be an advantage
