we are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team in Birmingham
be responsible for all office operations, finding efficient ways of working and streamlining office processes

responsible for managing all supplier relationships, ensuring the best price is achieved and suppliers deliver to agreed ETAs
liaise with production planning to ensure items are delivered according to the production schedule and seamless production is maintained
support the office administrator with Sage and payroll to ensure this is processed according to payroll dates
support with identifying sales opportunities and reacting proactively to sales leads to promote further business into the organisation
support the Managing Director with other duties as they arise
oversee the stock ordering process, ensuring routine stock is maintained at efficient levels for the smooth running of the operation but always with an eye on cost to the business
create and maintain electronic records of all suppliers, including key contact information, product specialisms, and note any agreed pricing or agreements made
support the Managing Director with HR processes, to include maintaining absence records, holiday entitlement, conducting return to work interviews and processing new starters and leavers
