grange Heating Services Limited is looking for a highly organised and proactive HR & Payroll Administrator with excellent attention to detail
this is a varied interesting role, including Payroll, Accounts, HR & Marketing
you will look after Social Medial marketing and websites updates as needed
the successful candidate will play a pivotal role supporting the Service Office Coordinator and engineers in our small friendly office
you will assist in the maintenance of HR records and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, monthly payroll in a timely manner, maintain payroll records, administration of pension scheme, leave records and deductions
other duties include uniform allocation, van fleet management, accounts receivable and payable , health & safety and various other office administration tasks
you will also assist in the day-to-day running of the office with telephone enquiries, booking customer appointments, taking payments, maintaining electronic files accurately and efficiently within a busy office
you must have good literacy and numeracy skills, a sound working knowledge of IT, with an ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
excellent customer service experience with good phone manner
good organisational and time management skills
data entry and database management
good literacy and numeracy skills
xero Accountancy experience, training can be provided
excellent payroll experience
construction Industry Scheme experience an advantage
