  • the role is to undertake those duties required of them as delegated by the Manager or Deputy Manager
  • the Care Co-ordinator will be required to work the staff rota covering 24 hrs over 7 days per week
  • the Care coordinator will be respected as part of our management team and will maintain a professional role working for MCHG
  • to carry out staff supervisions as required but at least every 8 weeks
