  • outreach to drive sales and book events into Sunset
  • organise, co-ordinate and deliver events & functions in Sunset
  • establish and pro-actively drive relationships with key drivers, local and corporate business and 3rd party partners
  • develop and maintain a record of all key contacts
  • establish a local sales & marketing plan in conjunction with and aligned with our central marketing plan
  • deliver a successful and profitable Christmas plan
  • co-ordinate key events when Sunset operates as open to the public
  • weekly meetings with the General Manager
