Responsibility
- management and maintenance of the GPCRO Learning Management System
- manage and maintain the GPCRO Training Matrix and associated GPCRO Staff Training records
- within the LMS
- development, implementa0on and execu0on of GPCRO GCP/ICH compliant training materials and
- manage and maintain the associated GPCRO external and internal stakeholder Training records within the LMS
- lead interac0ve workshop ac0vi0es to ensure that Clinical Opera0ons trainings are conducted in accordance with ICH GCP, industry guidelines, agency regula0ons
- ensure training of internal and external stakeholders of industry and regulatory SOPs and SOP updates
- assist and support GPCRO management in ISO9001 Cer0fica0on process
Requirements
- degree or a combina0on of educa0on, training and relevant industry experience
- experience in Clinical Research Training
- experience and knowledge of a Learning Management System
- demonstrates strong analy0cal and problem solving skills
- strong wri[en and verbal communica0on skills
- effec0ve 0me management and organisa0onal skills
- detail orientated and accuracy in work
- ability to work independently and ability to adapt to changing priori0es
