Responsibility

  • ensure each piece of furniture is prepped for spraying and finished to a high standard
  • collaborate with other team members to ensure deadlines are met
  • maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • use a variety of tools and equipment including a router table, table saw, belt sander, panel saw, and hand sander to manufacture dining tables

Requirements

  • experience in furniture making, specifically dining tables
  • proficiency in using a router table, table saw, belt sander, panel saw, and hand sander
  • knowledge of different types of wood and finishes
  • ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • conscientiousness in ensuring that orders are completed on time and to a high standard
  • physical fitness, including the ability to lift heavy furniture products, stand, and walk for extended periods
  • team player, with the ability to collaborate with other team members and take direction from supervisors
