the Contract Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance and minor works across multiple contracts across Manchester and Liverpool
the role will involve delivering a ‘best in class’ service delivery to our client and leading our In-house contract team to ensure contract compliance and adherence
duties will involve managing hard Fm services, to maintain contractual service level agreements and internal targets in terms of quality, health and safety, corporate social responsibility and commercial performance
the Contract Manager will have a strong focus on customer service, with the ability to build long term relationships with Clients, stakeholders and Supply Chain, which will be a key requirement of the role as we seek to secure sustained business growth

build and maintain a strong/successful relationship with the cleints estates management team, internal departments and campus stakeholders
oversee and Review pricing of works and delivery on site
oversee and manage direct labour workforce and local site management teams
collaborate with the senior management team to identify and implement change management processes to improve overall contract performance and service delivery
oversee contract performance to ensure that all contract deliverables, SLA’s & KPI’s are achieved
monitor performance of both self-delivered and sub-contractor elements
provide technical guidance and support in relation to asset and lifecycle replacement
manage the procurement and performance of supply chain contractors and suppliers
