  • if you are an experienced Contracts Delivery Manager with an appetite to succeed, we want you to join our team
  • as Contract Manager you will be self-motivated and be proactive in your approach to problem solving

  • the Contract Delivery Manager will oversee the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance and minor works across multiple contracts across Manchester and Liverpool
  • the role will involve delivering a ‘best in class’ service delivery to our client and leading our In-house contract team to ensure contract compliance and adherence
  • duties will involve managing hard Fm services, to maintain contractual service level agreements and internal targets in terms of quality, health and safety, corporate social responsibility and commercial performance
  • the Contract Manager will have a strong focus on customer service, with the ability to build long term relationships with Clients, stakeholders and Supply Chain, which will be a key requirement of the role as we seek to secure sustained business growth

Contract type

  • build and maintain a strong/successful relationship with the cleints estates management team, internal departments and campus stakeholders
  • oversee and Review pricing of works and delivery on site
  • oversee and manage direct labour workforce and local site management teams
  • collaborate with the senior management team to identify and implement change management processes to improve overall contract performance and service delivery
  • oversee contract performance to ensure that all contract deliverables, SLA’s & KPI’s are achieved
  • monitor performance of both self-delivered and sub-contractor elements
  • provide technical guidance and support in relation to asset and lifecycle replacement
  • manage the procurement and performance of supply chain contractors and suppliers
