Responsibility
assist in the planning and execution of all food service operations
ensure that all food is prepared to the standards of quality set by the restaurant owner/chef
ensure that proper sanitation standards are being met at all times
ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and sanitized when not in use
assist in the preparation and presentation of meals and snacks
ensure that all prep orders are followed to the highest standard of quality
the Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in all areas of operations. This includes all aspects of food preparation and cleanliness. The Sous Chef will also assist with special projects as needed
setting up and resetting equipment as necessary during service hours
