  • the purchase ledger clerk will predominantly be responsible for the following
  • process high volume of purchase invoices
  • putting together invoice reports for all UK projects
  • reconcile supplier statements
  • bank reconciliations
  • monthly payment reports
  • posting cash expenses on to system
  • co-ordinate with colleagues ensure correct project billing
