Working hours

Responsibility

  • the role will involve attending properties within the portfolio
  • we are looking to take on an individual on an employee basis, and subsequently, there may be an option to benefit from use of a company vehicle
  • doing daily room checks on clients to ensure the rooms are not being abused
  • inspecting properties in the portfolio, ensuring that they are well-kept, and reporting issues to the head office

Requirements

  • experience in cleaning, gardening and/or property maintenance
  • carry out compliance checks such as fire alarm testing, , inspections and safety checks of important elements within the buildings
  • prior caretaker experience will be favourable, but not essential
  • enthusiastic and proactive
  • good communication skills and professional to clients
  • time management skills
  • full driving licence
  • own tools
