- quality Assurance Manager for a small number of nursing homes across Surrey and Hampshire
- there is a super salary on offer plus mileage at 45p per mile and other benefits
- you will work for an award winning independent care provider overseeing quality and compliance across their homes in Surrey and Hampshire by conducting audits and quality checks and work closely with the home managers on action plans to ensure best practice and ensure CQC compliance
- you will also lead on strategy for quality across the company and you will oversee clinical quality governance across their homes and ensure their high standards of care are maintained
- you will have worked in quality and compliance or operationally as an area or regional manager and will be clinically qualified with a current PIN
