Requirements
- at least 5yrs solid experience in a similar role within the Beauty/Cosmetics/Wellness industry
- commercial experience in a fast-paced environment, at a national level
- national Etailer, Luxury Retail & Amazon experience
- trade wholesale account experience beneficial
- proven ability to manage stakeholders and build partnerships & relationships
- experience in identifying & manifesting opportunities to drive incremental growth
- confident in creation of launch strategy proposals, distribution and sales pitches
- account management: 5 years
Responsibility
- forecast and accrual promotional spend in support of pre-agreed promotional plan
- in partnership with Head of Brands contribute to pricing strategy & implementation
- in conjunction with the Heads of Brand, develop an annual promotional, communication and sampling plan by brand that takes account of account specific opportunities whilst adhering to the overall brand objectives
- communicate and act on Risks & Opportunities across your portfolio, look to leverage all brands to mitigate potential downsides
