- execute excavation, trenching, and backfilling activities according to project specifications
- install and maintain drainage systems, including pipes and sewers

- lay foundations, concrete slabs, and kerbs
- operate construction equipment and machinery like excavators, compactors, and rollers
- assist in utility installation, such as water and gas lines
Requirements
- proven experience as a Groundworker in the construction industry
- knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
- ability to operate construction equipment and machinery
- familiarity with health and safety regulations
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous tasks
- valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- relevant certifications or licenses are a plus
