- good level of plumbing skills to manage any leaks or day t day issues
- painting and decorating, patch plastering and wall papering
- good level of understanding of fire safety requirements
- basic joinery skills relating to doors and windows
- A group of hotels in Blackpool is looking for full time maintenance person/handy man to join the current team to look after 4 hotels located in Blackpool
- prior experience of flooring, carpet fitting and use of UPVC cladding
