Requirements

  • proven track record of sales success in the domestic garage, parking and storage industry or within the local authority/construction/facilities business
  • minimum of 1 years Experience with NHF schedule of rates
  • ideally experience in working for a Local Authority, Housing Association / RP
  • experience of fully understanding, completing and pricing tender documents to a high standard
  • the confidence to work both independently and in a team
  • minimum of 5+ years property maintenance experience
