Responsibility
- focus on ensuring a high level of support is maintained for users
- communicate with production and departmental teams within the studio about their IT needs, and answer questions
- be a subject matter expert on all IT responsibilities and constantly seek to be current and improve that knowledge through learning
Requirements
- experience working in a technical troubleshooting and/or support engineer role in post production
- strong working knowledge of MAC and Windows support
- ability to handle multiple issues, prioritizing and effective management of your time
- understanding for virtual desktop environment and remote desktop technology
- previous experience working onsite for film production or animation/VFX
- excellent knowledge and experience with MAC and PC operating systems, along with mobile devices and other peripheral equipment
- experience with helpdesk automation tools, remote management applications
- ability to work in a fast paced production environment
