design and implement new menus in collaboration with the kitchen team
chefs will lead work in close collaboration with other kitchen staff and colleagues and are responsible for adhering to established health and safety standards
create high-quality sushi, including rolling, cutting, and packaging sushi for take-out and dine-in customers
complete opening and closing duties efficiently and safely, using the correct procedures
preparing various types of sushi dishes according to established guidelines on quality, portion size, presentation, and food safety
