Responsibility
- ensure the preparation of all required ingredients - including, and not limited to, hand-picked crab and lobster
- cleaning and maintenance of the unit
- management of the prep team
- management of stock and creating orders
- management of all suppliers
Requirements
- at least 1 year experience in the kitchen or in catering. Previous roles in the fish industry will be considered
- experience working with seafood is important
- experience working with seafood is desired
- ability to commute easily to Prow Park in Newquay
- level 2 Food Hygiene is preferred, training can be given to those who need it
- food preparation: 1 year
- must love seafood
