Responsibility

  • deliver the staff required for all events using our rota management software
  • asist with recruitment to grow the pool of temporary staff on Gorilla’s books
  • be the first port of call for all event staff queries and concerns
  • on site staffing liaison - meet and build rapport with temporary teams at key events
  • ensure on-site administration is completed accurately and to a high standard
  • ensure Gorilla meets appropriate employment legislation

Requirements

  • you will have knowledge of the events sector and the associated skill sets
  • you have will experience of managing rotas, in particular for temporary staff
  • you’ll be a good problem solver with the confidence and ability to exercise judgment and discretion
  • you’ll have good verbal and written communications skills, which will enable you to establish and maintain excellent relationships with full time and casual teams
